How Effective Solutions is different

Using certified rodenticides which are owl friendly, we effectively control rats and mice in and around homes and buildings.

Rodenticides are placed inside tamper proof rodent bait stations, out of reach of children, and animals. Only rodents can gain access to the bait.

Ceiling treatments are also undertaken. Rodents are suspicious of anything new in their environment, and might only ingest some of the bait a day or two after placement.

In some cases, regular treatments may be required to maintain control. In most cases, rodents die outdoors or in their burrows. Dogs, cats or owls that eat the dead rodents, will not be affected.

No evacuation of the premises will be required during treatment.
